MAJOR SAZERAC

60 ml. Major Dry Gin

5 drops Peychaud Aromatic Bitter

1 lump of sugar

30 ml. Soda

Preparation:
 Clean the sugar cube with the soda and the bitter in a low tumbler, fill with ice, pour the Major Dry Gin and mix thoroughly from the top the bass.

Decoration:
 Grapefruit peel
