major gin

Tasting impressions

To the eye it is clear, pure, perfectly transparent. The scent is fresh, with intense notes of juniper. The taste reveals its complexity and uniqueness, the hint of cherry emerges as a very persistent aftertaste.

Raw material

The two most characteristic ingredients are the juniper from the Alps and the Piedmontese cherries. To these are added selected botanicals: peppermint and orange peel.

Distillation technique

The botanicals selected according to the exclusive Major Company recipe are left to infuse with alcohol from cereals. Then this alcoholic infusion is distilled. The resulting distillate is extremely concentrated, it is then mixed with additional alcohol from cereals and spring water to create Major Gin.
